Big Brother 14 Week 3 Updates: Shane’s HOH Win Shakes Up The House

Posted on 7/27/2012 @ 4:16 PM in #Television by Entertainment 4 comments

Power in the Big Brother house shifted last night when week 2 underdog Shane won the Head of Household competition. The power shift has already brought new dynamics and crumbling alliances.Last week, Boogie and Janelle’s teams formed an alliance and targeted Britney’s team. After Shane won the POV and took himself off the block, he made a deal with Frank for them to work together in the future. Boogie’s team now assumes they are safe based on Frank and Shane’s deal, but it looks like Shane may not stick to his word. After his HOH win, Shane made a final two deal with Danielle. He originally said he wanted to put Wil and Joe on the block, but Danielle and Britney have convinced him to go with one of Janelle’s players and one of Boogie’s players – like Wil and Frank. They end up agreeing it will be a successful week if Frank, Ian, Wil or Joe is evicted. Janelle quickly realized Shane’s HOH reign is not good for her team, so she instructs Wil and Joe to throw Frank under the bus. She wants at least one of

Shane and JoJo continued to pay for their association with Willie this week. HOH Frank put them on the chopping block with the intention of sending Shane packing, but then Shane’s POV win put the cross hairs on JoJo. Frank was forced to choose a replacement nominee, and he went with the safest choice possible – Danielle, Dan’s last player in the game.Realizing she could be going home because the coaches want Dan out of the game, Danielle expertly throws JoJo under the bus using information she learned from Ian. Danielle tells Janelle and Ashley that Ian told her Shane and JoJo were flirting a lot in the Have Not room. Janelle knows a showmance is a dangerous thing, so she is more determined than ever to see JoJo walk out the door.Meanwhile, Britney is doing her best to campaign for JoJo. She goes to Boogie and reasons that if the coaches enter the game at some point they will both need the numbers to get Janelle out. She proposes a secret alliance between herself, Boogie and their players. That would give

Big Brother 14 Week 2 Eviction Predictions: Danielle or JoJo

Posted on 7/27/2012 @ 4:11 PM in #Television by Entertainment 10 comments

Another week in the Big Brother house will wind down tonight with the second live eviction of the season. HOH Frank originally nominated Shane and JoJo for eviction, but he was forced to choose another nominee when Shane saved himself with the Power of Veto. Frank picked Danielle, Dan’s last player in the game, as the replacement nominee. After Shane won the POV, JoJo became the target. There was briefly some talk of sending Danielle packing so Dan would be booted from the game too, but everyone seems to agree JoJo is the bigger threat and should go before Danielle. It looks like even JoJo’s teammate and closest ally Shane will vote against her. He has been intent on improving his relationship with Frank’s alliance, so he probably will vote with the rest of the house just to lay low.Meanwhile, the houseguests have been busy preparing for the next Head of Household competition with a hockey game that has been set up in the backyard.###Click here for moreEntertainment News

Big Brother 14 Week 2 Updates: Willie's Situation Gets Worse

Posted on 7/23/2012 @ 2:09 PM in #Television by Entertainment 1 comments

Things seem to be getting progressively worse for Willie. First his no. 1 enemy Frank wins HOH, and now it looks like even his coach and two allies are ready to jump ship.Britney is contemplating trading Willie for another player if she wins the coach’s challenge this week. JoJo and Shane have not objected to the idea because they know being on Willie’s team will make them targets also.Meanwhile, Boogie is plotting ways to force Britney to not trade Willie. Boogie wants Wil to tell Britney that he will make sure Shane is evicted this week if she tries to trade Willie for Wil. The backup plan for Willie winning the POV is for Shane to go home. The conversation stops when Britney walks in the HOH room. She tries to do some damage control for JoJo and Shane, but Frank isn’t buying it. Boogie then brings up the possibility of her trading Willie. Britney avoids answering the question directly, but suggests that she could trade Willie for Dan’s last player, Danielle. That would mean if Willie is evicted this week,

Big Brother 14 Week 2 Updates: Britney Sees Opportunity In New Twist

Posted on 7/23/2012 @ 2:07 PM in #Television by Entertainment 1 comments

On Thursday night’s live episode Frank went from nominee to Head of Household, and that doesn’t bode well for Team Britney. The fall out between Frank and former HOH Willie earlier in the week caused the houseguests to regroup and form new alliances. Willie ended up on the losing end of the situation with only Shane and JoJo as allies. The rest of the house, accept for maybe Danielle, has united behind Frank. The only good thing to come out of Thursday night for Team Britney is a new twist that enables the coach who wins this week’s coaches challenge to either keep a player safe, or trade one of their players. Only the HOH is excluded from the trade. After the HOH competition, Britney starts talking about how she might trade Willie instead of giving him safety if she wins the coach’s challenge. She shares her thoughts with Shane and JoJo.Meanwhile, Janelle seems firmly set against Britney. She bashes Britney and Willie with Frank and his new alliance.###Click here for moreEntertainment News

Big Brother 14 Recap: Week 1 Eviction, New HOH

Posted on 7/23/2012 @ 2:04 PM in #Television by Entertainment 1 comments

A drama filled first week in the Big Brother house came to a close last night with a live eviction and HOH competition. Flash backs from the week showed crumbling alliances and the first fight of the season. The episode opens after the nomination ceremony in which HOH Willie put Frank and Kara on the block. Frank is shocked because he and Willie made a deal to not target each other, so he decides to assure Willie that he wants them to still work together. Willie promises that he will get the votes to keep Frank safe and send Kara packing.Willie meets with the rest of the Team Britney and Team Janelle alliance to talk about who should go home. The consensus is that Kara should go home because Dan, her coach, is a smart player. Willie and Coach Britney want to split the votes between Frank and Kara so it isn’t so obvious that a solid alliance has been formed. The drama starts after Britney tells Willie she believes the coaches will enter the game to play at some point because there are key holes next to their

Big Brother 14 Spoilers: Clues For Week 2 HOH Competition

Posted on 7/23/2012 @ 2:04 PM in #Television by Entertainment 1 comments

After a lockout yesterday, the houseguests were informed a ‘Big Brother burglar’ had stolen things from the house. Throughout the night, clues about the ‘robbery’ were displayed on the TV in the living room. The house guests were woken up about every hour to memorize the information. The clues will be used in the week 2 HOH competition.Meanwhile, new alliances have formed in the house and it looks like Ashley is the swing vote. Joe, Jenn, Wil and Ian are supporting Frank. That means four votes will go against Kara. Shane and Jojo are sticking to their alliance with Willie and plan to vote out Frank. Danielle will probably vote to save Kara since they are on Team Dan together. This means it is a 4 to 3 vote and Ashley will either make it a tie, or send Kara packing. As HOH, Willie will cast the vote to break a tie. He will likely evict Frank.###Click here for moreEntertainment News

Big Brother 14 Week 1 Spoilers And Eviction Prediction

Posted on 7/23/2012 @ 2:01 PM in #Television by Entertainment 1 comments

The blow up between Willie and Frank seems to have divided the Big Brother house and solidified the votes of several houseguests. Before Tuesday night’s argument the dominating alliance was between Willie, Shane, JoJo, Wil, Joe and Jenn. Now it looks liked Joe, Jenn and Wil have flipped to form an alliance with Frank and Ian. Willie, Shane and JoJo are still sticking together. That means Ashley and Danielle are the floaters right now.Eviction Predictions:Frank’s new alliance will give him four solid votes to stay in the house, so that is four votes against Kara. Shane and JoJo are two votes against Frank. It is unlikely Danielle will vote against her fellow Team Dan teammate Kara, so that is another vote against Frank. Ashley is still on the fence about what she wants to do, but she probably won’t end up going against Frank since he is on Team Boogie with her. Kara will likely be evicted on Thursday’s live show. If Ashley ends up voting against Frank, HOH Willie will have to break the tie and will evict

The second episode of Big Brother 14 starts with Boogie approaching Dan about forming an alliance. Dan is open to the idea, but remains wary of the offer. They both feel they have good players that will make it to the end.Meanwhile, Janelle and Britney are having a similar conversation. Janelle tells Britney they should get their players on board for an alliance because Boogie and Dan are working together. Britney wholeheartedly agrees. The girls go to their respective teams with the plan and everyone agrees to the alliance.HOH Willie must make a decision about nominations. He doesn’t seem to know which direction he wants to go, so Janelle and Britney make some suggestions. They point out that Kara is Dan’s strongest player and Frank is Boogie’s strongest player. Willie doesn’t like the idea of Frank on the block because he and Frank already made a deal to not go after each other.Julie Chen gathers the houseguests in the living room to reveal a new twist. She announces that the coaches will compete in a
