Laura became the second house guest evicted from the Big Brother house Thursday. Following her live eviction, the third HOH competition was held. The Head of Household competition was simple – each houseguest used a seesaw like contraption to launch a ball into a bunch of buckets. Each bucket had a different point value. Whoever got their ball in the bucket with the highest point value won HOH. Jessie and Jeff tied with 6 points each. In the tie breaker, Jessie scored another 6 points and Jeff only scored 1 point. Jessie became the new HOH, meaning the Athletes have safety and food luxuries for another week. SPOILERS: The Have and Have Not competition was held today. The Brains – Ronnie, Michelle and Chima – lost the competition. They will be on slop this week but will be able to each two additional foods that fans voted to give them. The news comes just 4 months after reports surfaced that the country singer was having an affair with actor Eddie Cibrian. “LeAnn and Dean have been separated for quite some time now, but they continue to try and work through their relationship,” says a source close to Rimes. Cibrian and his wife Brandi Glanville have also split. Rumors of the affair first surfaced in March. Things in the Big Brother house got heated this past week after Laura exposed HOH Ronnie as the “rat” who had orchestrated all the problems in the house. After campaigning to stay in the house, Laura went downstairs and Ronnie called Natalie, Lydia, Kevin and Chima up to the HOH room with a new plan. The proposed that they evict Jordan instead of Laura because of Jordan and Jeff’s close relationship. He told them that Laura said Russell said he could round up votes for her. Attorneys for Michael Jackson’s estate have requested an allowance for the care of the pop star’s three children. The request, filed in Los Angeles Superior court Thursday, asks a judge to provide financial support due to an “urgent need” to ensure the kids’ needs are met. “The minor children were completely and wholly financial dependent upon their father, Michael Jackson,” the request states. Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7, currently have “no financial resources to provide for their care and support,” according to the document.
