Former CSI star William Peterson became a dad again last month, his rep confirms. Petersen, 58, and his wife of 8 years, Gina Cirone, welcomed a son and a daughter via surrogate on July 5. The twins were born premature but are “doing great and improving every day,” the couple tells People magazine. Petersen and Cirone did not release any other details, including the twins’ names. The babies are the second and third children for Petersen, who has a 36-year-old daughter named Maite with his first wife. Petersen is best known for his role as Dr. Gil Grissom on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. He left the show in 2009 after 9 years. Petersen can be seen next alongside Adrien Brody, James Caan, Christina Hendricks and Bryan Cranston in the comedy-drama Detachment. ### Click here for more Entertainment News
