Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVAT) announced that a research report has been issued on the Company by Grass Roots Research and Distribution Inc., Wall Street's leading independent research firm, with a "BUY" recommendation and a $2.04 long term price target.
NATCO Group Inc. (NYSE: NTG) today announced revenue for the third quarter 2009 of $155.2 million, compared with the third quarter 2008 revenue of $159.3 million. Net income available to common stockholders for the third quarter 2009 was $8.3 million, or $0.41 per diluted share compared with net income of $5.6 million, or $0.27 per diluted share for the third quarter 2008. Segment profit was $17.5 million for this year's third quarter compared with $10.1 million for the third quarter last year.
Switch and Data (NASDAQ: SDXC), a leading provider of network-neutral data center and Internet exchange services, announced today that SoftCom Inc., the leading provider of Web Hosting and Business Communication services has relocated its data center operations to Switch and Data's 151 Front Street facility in downtown Toronto. SoftCom has decided to move its operations from a carrier's datacenter and expects to benefit from improved cooling capacity to scale its operations, a choice of providers for better redundancy, and improved performance and reliability which will allow it to focus IT resources on new product development and customer support.
TranSwitch(R) Corporation (NASDAQ: TXCC), a leading provider of semiconductor solutions for the converging voice, data and video network, today announced that Dr. M. Ali Khatibzadeh has been appointed as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Dr. Santanu Das. Dr. Khatibzadeh's appointment will become effective on December 1, 2009. Dr. Das, who is a founder of the Company and has been the CEO since its inception, has decided to resign after twenty years of dedicated service.
EchoStar Satellite Services L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation (NASDAQ: SATS), announced today an agreement to deliver its ViP-TV(TM) video transport service to CT Communications, an independent telephone company in Ohio. CT Communications will receive transport of up to 46 IP-encapsulated high definition TV channels to its IP headend. The announcement was made in advance of this week's TelcoTV Conference and Expo in Orlando, Fla.
SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI), a scientific, engineering, and technology applications company, will issue its third quarter fiscal year 2010 earnings press release after close of market Tuesday, December 8, 2009. Management will discuss the financial results in a conference call beginning at 5 p.m. Eastern.
