NEW YORK (CRWENewswire) -- Investment firm Cyrus Capital Partners said Monday it has extended a $250 million offer to finance ION Media Networks Inc.'s exit from bankruptcy protection.
The offer, which was rejected by ION Networks' board of directors, includes $100 million more incremental capital than an earlier offer accepted by the board, Cyrus Capital said.
NEW ALBANY, Ohio (CRWENewswire) -- Kids clothing retailer Tween Brands Inc. said Monday that higher sales and lower costs helped it climb to a third-quarter profit from a year-ago loss which included hefty restructuring expenses.
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (CRWENewswire) -- Wireless communications company TeleCommunication Systems Inc. said Monday it closed a $103.5 million offering of 4.5 percent convertible senior notes due in 2014.
The company estimates that proceeds totaled about $100.4 million from the offering. It plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, such as acquisitions and working capital.
Its shares rose 12 cents to close Monday at $8.05.
