Cardiac Science Corporation (NASDAQ: CSCX) has appointed Ronald A. Andrews, Jr. to their Board of Directors. He will replace Jue-Hsien Chern, Ph.D., who stepped down from his seat on November 5th. The total number of directors will stay at 6. Andrews is currently the Vice Chairman and CEO of Clarient, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLRT).
